Over the years we've become a go to gym and fitness center for people of all different goals to visit, but why?
Our facility is filled with machines from different eras - pieces of equipment that were built in the 70s, 80s, 90s and early 2000s.
Specialised Nautilus, Hammer Strength, Strive, Flex Fitness, Atlantis, Nebula, MedX, Gym 80, ICARIAN Precor USA and Cybex equipment welcome you at every nook and cranny of our facility - creating something special and unique to the whole of England and the UK.
Guest passes are available to purchase on the day if you'd like to come down and try out our gym.
