We take pride in what we have here at our gym - we maintain our equipment ourselves, as well as take pride in our appearance and the cleanliness of our gym (we have our cleaners in every day). Not to mention the music, atmosphere and services that we provide.
Our gym caters to everyone - on any given day, you'll see Bodybuilders and Powerlifters training alongside your everyday person looking to lose weight, gain some muscle and improve their general health and fitness. You'll find so many friendly faces, whether staff or members. We truly love our community - it's one of a kind.
We're based in Welwyn Garden City with plenty of FREE parking and just a short commute from Hertford, Ware, Hatfield, Stevenage, Hitchin, St Albans and other locations!
People travel from all over, with some of our members commuting from Luton, Barnet, Potters Bars and even close to Cambridge, as they love our equipment and community. We've even got a member who lives in Hong Kong, and every time she travels back to Welwyn, she pops in for her workouts.
