It honestly still surprises us to this day, but people travel from all over the UK to visit our gym here in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
Over many years, we've tried to build a gym with unique equipment, a great community and a safe space for people to hang out, talk and get away from everyday struggles.

We have members who are closer and travel to our gym from Hertford, Ware, Hatfield and Stevenage.
We have members who travel all the way from St Albans, Potters Bar, Watford, Harlow and Barnet.
We have members who travel even further away from Luton and Cambridge.
It's crazy to us, but we love that our community spans all of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex - just so they can get their daily fix of physical and most importantly, mental health!
