Here at Norton Health & Fitness Club we offer a wide range of classes. Something for everyone, all fitness levels, all ages and all abilities.

  • Barbell - A 45 minute class targeting all areas of the body. You chose your weight, ease yourself in or push yourself
  • Spin - High intensity 30 minute session, which involes varying speed, resistance and riding positions
  • Boxfit - Keeping that intensity high, fast moving with a inspired boxing style
  • Core - Building foundations that'll help prevent injury and help posture
  • Step - Cardio made fun, using a step this is a dance style fitness
  • Lowerbody Sculpt - Weighted and body weight exercises moving across legs, glutes & core
  • Burn&Build - A 30 minute class, burning calories and toning up. The perfect pair!
  • BodyBlitz - High intensity, keeping that heart rare high whilst using weights to keep pushing youself
