As you know here at Norton Health & Fitness Club we offer a wide range of classes. For all abilities, all fitness levels and all ages. All are welcome!
- Barbell - A 45 minute class targeting all areas of the body. With weights of your choice each exercise is done for around 20-30 seconds. So pick wisely!
- Spin - Fast moving, 30 minute class. With a variety of speeds, resistance & cycling positions
- Step - A unique but upbeat class using a step. 45 minutes of a dance style class
- Boxfit - 30 minutes of high intensity, fast moving boxing style inspired class
- BodyBlitz - A range of cardio & weighted exercise to blitz your body! 30 minutes of timed exercises. Be ready to work hard.
- Circuits - Rotating stations of different exercises targeting different areas of fitness.
- Burn&Build - This is a mixture of high intensity cardio based as well as strength compounds. Keeping that heart rate high and burning the calories whilst building muscle foundations
- Hyrox - This is a 45 minute class showcasing different hyrox style training methods. Keeping your heartrate high and pushing through limitations.
- Yoga - A 45 minute class going through different moving, stretching all body parts and using muscle you wouldn't normally
- Pilates - Pilates is about building good core strength, creating a good posture and preventing injury

This is a unique dance inspired step class. Khloe takes you through different routines, building and adding more parts as you go, showing and explaining each step.

BARBELL
Barbell is a full body workout, using barbells and weight plates. New to the gym and want to learn the basics then this is a great place to start ! Also if you want to change up your training and try something different then barbell is for you!
It's 45 minute class of performing high rep exercises, you can pick your own weight and can adjust throughout.
So pick wisely and push yourself!
