You may of seen me around the gym, with clients, in classes, training myself or behind the counter!

I've been a qualified Personal Trainer for around 7 years . Also with a nutrition qualification as I wanted to help more ladies achieve different goals.

I've been training for 9 years. Training with my dad when I was younger got me into the gym and from there I knew it was something I wanted to make my career.

Helping woman feel strong, confident and sexy is my goal. Whether it's helping you gain confidence & knowledge, showing you the ropes of how things work, or setting out a plan for you to follow targeting everything you want to improve on.

I'm here to help make that happen. Let's get to work!

RICH

I am a experienced Personal Trainer with over 14 years experience and 8 years here at Norton. I'm level 2&3 qualified and sports nutritional advisor

Having a background in the military and current service in the British Army, helps me bring discipline, structure and motivation to each sessions.

I specialise in helping clients achieve sustainable weight loss and improving muscle tone through effective personal training.

Whether you're new to the gym or an experienced trainer, I am ready to help you feel comfortable, stay motivated and work towards your goals with confidence.

You may of seen me around the gym, with clients, running classes or getting my own training in.

If you've ever walked in feeling unsure where to start, or gone through the motions without knowing if it's actually working. That's exactly what I am here for.

I work with people who want to get stronger, lose weight or to feel more comfortable in how they move. Through structured training, good technique, we can build a clear plan you can stick to, no guesswork, no random workouts.

Whether you're brand new to the gym or you've been training a while, but feel stuck, we start by figuring out where you are and build from there.
